Every citizen's vote is sacred. The vote is how we guarantee that our government remains of the people, by the people, and for the people. Americans need and deserve elections that they can trust. Legitimate voters should be able to vote in privacy without being harassed, secure in the knowledge that their vote will not be lost, stolen, altered, or negated by a vote cast by an illegitimate voter (for examples, see The Heritage Foundation's Election Fraud Database). Americans need and deserve a transparent system in which fraud can be easily detected and false allegations of fraud can be easily dispelled. Americans need and deserve a system in which it is easy to vote and hard to cheat.
In order to help voters, state legislators, election officials, and all Americans who are interested in ensuring a fair and secure election process, The Heritage Foundation has published this Election Integrity Scorecard, which compares the election laws and regulations of each state and the District of Columbia that affect the security and integrity of the process to the Foundation's best-practices recommendations.
As a reminder, however, even the best laws are not worth much if responsible officials do not enforce them rigorously. It is up to the citizens of each state to make sure that their elected and appointed public officials do just that.
Contact your state legislators! Please help restore election integrity by contacting your state legislators. Inform them of the areas in state law that make elections vulnerable to fraud and manipulation. Urge them to enact substantive reforms that adequately solve these problems and ensure that election results are accurate and trustworthy.
Secure elections are the cornerstone of American democracy. Your help is critical to ensure the election is fair and honest. Republican Poll Watchers and Workers are needed in California for Election Integrity Operations during the 2026 midterm elections. Poll Watchers observe and report potential issues which may arise at polling locations and ballot tabulation centers. Poll Workers play an official role in administering the election at the precinct level. Now is your chance to help America vote with confidence and do your part for election integrity. Alameda County ROV Caught: Inadequate Election Testing and Misleading the Grand Jury! Click HERE to view video evidence!
This video exposes how the Alameda County Registrar of Voters (ROV) fails to properly test election equipment before elections, conducting a public test with only six ballots and falsely claiming compliance with election law. In contrast, a Texas county is shown meticulously testing every machine, ensuring accuracy with bipartisan oversight and verification against a control document. Despite California Election Code (§15000-15004) allowing flexibility in testing procedures, Alameda County’s inadequate and non-transparent process, combined with misleading statements to a grand jury, raises serious ethical and accountability concerns.
