One of our very own long standing TVR members, beloved Mary Lynn Pelican aka “FUN MARY” who serves as or official TVR Digital Newsletter/Event, club photographer bravely attended the TPUSA UC/CAL Berkeley Republicans event along with her twin sister, to hear excellent speakers carry on the legacy of TPUSA Founder and Martyr Charlie Kirk.
At 12:00noon, protests were just beginning in Sproul Plaza, a central area on campus, Lower Sproul Plaza, the area in front of Zellerbach Hall, was barricaded by law enforcement. Protestors and police surrounded campus buildings which had to close by 12:45 p.m. Fights begin to break out and eventually Mary and her sis, were seperated! Unbeknownst to FUN Mary her sis was seated inside the event as she thought Fun Mary got inside too! At 6:30 speaker line-ups started inside with the crowd patriotically cheering for America USA! USA! TPUSA style! Comedian/Charlie Kirks friend, Jabob Taeleifi, Pastor and Mentor Frank Turek, Comedian Rob Schneider, were all ready for this memorial and to celebrate and carry on FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN THE NAME OF CHARLIE KIRK! John Paul Leon, UC Berkeley’s Turning Point USA chapter president, stated: “When a bullet soared through the air, an assassin took the life of a courageous man… He continued “The sad truth is, the left are not your friends. They will mock and dehumanize you just so they can laugh at your corpse … To all those protesters outside, I have one thing to say: It is clear to us which side is winning when your side becomes the violent agitators.” Taeleifi, Leon and Turek all focused on the life of Martyred Charlie fighting for freedom. Stating to a packed house: “There is an attack on Western civilization and the United States is the last bastion of hope,” Schneider said. “As Charlie Kirk said, if you do not assimilate, it is an invasion, and that is what we’re experiencing.”
Now alone, Fun Mary decked out in patriotic apparel, was acousted and hit by UC Berkeley Antifa Terrorists, but she remained strong standing for her rights in the face of adversity! Our very best to you Mary! May we all have your courage to stand and defend FREEDOM!
